The ICICI credit card reward programme has been transferred to imint since 4-5 months. I find that every month my reward points are automatically being redeemed!!! I called up ICICI customer care and they told me that all my points are being automatically moved to imint and that I have some XXXX imint card no.
I called imint customer care asking them about my imint card and they told me that they would send it within 15 days. This was on 3rd Dec 08 and till now I have not received any imint card. I have made at least 15 calls - to both imint and ICICI, but there is no result.
They only say that they are ’looking into the issue’. I am planning to close my ICICI credit card. This imint system is stupid and a big burden. We have to keep track of another card, its own customer care and its own rewards. I will take another credit card which has its own reward programme.
