I was ICICI Bank coral credit card but I had decided to close because I had never seen this type of worst customer care.Main thing I decided to cancel my card and call to customer care, he told me I have need pay some charges which is not actual spent by me. No worry I am man who want to be relaxed, I had paid everything, and call to customer care and he told me that your card is cancel and very soon you got acknowledgement letter. I did not get anything. What is this. Uneducated customer care in ICICI Bank and the way of talking, seriously it’s a pathetic. The rate of card is 199 per year. it deducted when you will get.Main profit in book my show ticket booking, when I tried to book it messaged me that your day limit is over try evening at 7PM. Again I tried and got a same message.Same no profit in petrol .the petrol pump already charge some extra amount and it will not be refund.The bank refunds only .75% . If you filled your petrol or diesel from HP Petrol pump, then you got something.but same thing, you always be in loss.
My personal experience is very bad and guide to everyone don’t go with them, because ICICI Bank have lot of customer, If you are not be a part of it, They don’t care . Satisfaction level 0.
