I got 99 Rs+ service tax= Over Rs 110 charge when I redeemed my points for hand towels worth not more than Rs 50. And while redeeming online, I was never told about the charge otherwise I would never have redeemed. They are just fleecing money. They should just scrap the ridiculous point system if they can’t honor it.
