ICICI Bank Visa Credit Card

My story is very long. I am fighting with ICICI from long back.

It started like this:

1. I purchased some 20k product (I dont remember exact amount).

2, That time they had some conversion to EMI scheme.

1. They signed EMI and ECS from Bank form.

   
   




2. I was told that my EMIs will be deducted from my Bank account.

   
   




3. I was under impression that ICICI CC is going good.

   
   




4. It was few thousands of EMI and my account was like 50 transactions per month so I never knew their specific transaction.

   
   




5. After few months they called me and told that I am not paying CC and when I checked online they have charged some late fees etc. to my CC.

   
   




6. I sent them details of my signed form for ECS / EMI and they said they need some time to check

   
   




7. After few more months they called and during this time they kept adding late fees and Interest charges to my account.

   
   




8. I was told that there is no EMI for me and I have to pay full amount. I explained them scenario and they just come and go they never thought of solving my issue.

   
   




9. In this situation where I made no mistake, why should I pay them?

   
   




10. After that they sent Gunda to talk to me.

    
    




11. They sent people to my house when my parents or wife is alone.

    
    




12. Recently they were threatening me.

    
    




13. In between their collection department called me for settlement based on original amount, I agreed, he took first check and 2nd check was pending, after 1st check cleared, ICICI quality department told me that there is no settlement done and that’s it, this way they fooled me.

    
    




14. When I called the person who collected my money, his boss and ICICI bank collection manager picked call and said we have removed this person from job.

    
    




15. I called this poor guy again after few days and he said, sir I am very sorry I work here and I just collect money I does not know anything, if that person has not replied that way I was about to file police complain because it is nothing but fooling and stealing money.

    
    

Luckily I have all the evidence and details .

What great thing these banks does is they just keep changing collections departments but they does not know they will slowly and steadily keep losing customers!
