Very Poor Customer Service, Use any other!

No body responding on EMAILI. I have sent mail to service@icicisecurities.com and helpdesk@icicidirect.com But no response. No body responding on call, No body responding on CHAT? I bought Yes bank share on 13 March 2020 but still not received in my ICICI Direct Demat account. Please provide response asap?
