This bank is the biggest cheat and fraud I have seen EVER. Dealing with this bank is like eatinga sugar coated poison pill. Once the sugar layer is gone, you repent your entire life. If you are looking for a home loan, STAY AWAY FRM ICICI BANK. For them, floating interest rate means "Always increasing interest rate". They arbirtrarily increase the interest rate, without even informing you. But to reduce it to market levels, you have to pay them 0.5% of the outstanding balance. They have cheated a large number of people this way. Dont get carried away by their promises of’lowest interest rate and no processing fees and processing within 1 day’ etc. You’ll end up repenting your entire life.
*Please let all your friends/relatives/neighbors/colleagues know to stay away from this bank. They are the number 1 cheats. I am surprised they have escaped the law system of India so far. I guess that only says about the law system in India. If this bank was operating in US, the US federal agency would that stripped this bank naked.
