NEVER EVER go for ICICI Home loan....the biggest fraud that I had ver experienced.....they would frame up their own story to somehow convenience you that the property which you are going own does meet their legal criteria and hence loan can not be sanctioned......and it does not stop here...they are mastered in duping customer management as they would never refund your processing fees which get debited with an hours time you fill the form along with the cheque....this shows cheap mindset of brand name call ICICI......
I WOULD STRONGLY ENDORSE for HDFC/INDIABULLS/SBI at least they have some dignity towards customer delight as they do return you processing charges if for some reason loan does get disbursed...
