My company opened my salary account in icici bank.
I am using this bank account from past one year these people used to charge me unwanted atm withdrawal charges even I dont do atm withdrawal much in digital india within a month even if I do single withdrawal still these people will charge me for that single withdrawal.
Its a kind of loot which these icici bank is doing & apart from these their imobile pay doesn’t work properly I dont know for how many times they have downtime as well as sometimes their UPI doesn’t work even if you would enter the corrct UPI pin it will show u as incorrect pin this is not for single time happened with me.
Also this was my salary account in 2020
and now I want to convert it again into my salary account but they says if icici has no tie up with that company they will not consider it as salary account and they will charge me for non maintenance charges and if I want to close this account so for that I have to visit the home branch which is far away from my home.
If my organization has no problem to give my salary into icici bank why these people has problem I dont understand.
It seems like a trap for icici customers.
I would never recommend to anyone icici bank to select as salary account.
