As you can see, I had challenged you that ICICI bank will not be able to answer my simple queries and resolve them on time! As you refused to believe(or at least sounded like that because you are being paid for that) now I have the proof of my theory. Although I may not get a Nobel prize for this.
First of all you failed to show me where in the agreement it is written that the ICICI bank will charge extra intereset for 7 days for PDCs dated 7th after 6 years in the loan!
Second, as in your below mail(not shown here), the query is still unresolved after 3 weeks. And your people have apologised twice and created numerous more SRs for the same query. How intelligent! This reiminds me that ICICI continuously sets lower and lower customer service standards and consistently fails to achieve them.
The list can go on, but I am exercising self control and trying to turn my anger into the pity for the ICICI. May God help you in looting the customers with minimal damage.
