There are the biggest cheaters currently.Sick of this bank...Will cut all relations with this bank.They have really tested my patience.Most of customer service I have spoken are illiterate and doe not know about the product.
Recently I lodged a strong complaint aganist Vashi , Navi Mumbai Manager , DARSHANA ....Here is the transcript. I have a strong complaint against the branch/area manager named Darshana in Vashi branch, Navi Mumbai for ICICI Home finance.
She does not have the courtesy to speak and answer the questions to her customer in right way. I was asking her the question as to why I have to pay service charge of 0.5 per cent when I close my Home loan account completely.
I told her that I have no issue to pay the service charge if you show me in my agreement if that was mentioned. Her initially reply was “It is assumed and understandable”. This is a very vague, ridiculous and completely unacceptable statement in my opinion.
The way she was reacting in lousy manner will not be tolerable to any customer. Secondly she asked one of the colleagues to bring a sanction letter of some other person .She was trying to show me the sanction letter of some other person as the proof. You can understand by now how idiotic thing it is to show some else sanction letter as a proof to me.
I want someone to take strong action against her and warn her so that she does not repeat such behavior in future. I also want accountability of this email as far action taken by ICICI is concerned.I would appreciate if you can warn her and send me email CC.

Here is the repsone which I got from other illeterate idoit.I have showed them that charges are not mentioned in my sanction letter.Look what they have send me.
We would like to inform you that full prepayment can be done with a 2% charge on the outstanding principal, plus applicable service tax @12.36% on the foreclosure charges. However, a 2% charge will be levied on all partprepayments made in the last oneyear in event of a Foreclosure.And it is mentioned on the SanctionLetter of the Home Loan.
Sincerely. Jyothi Ram FalkeEmails LoansHydCustomer Service Officer ICICI Bank Limited. Since I was so sick on ICICI Bank I did a refinance of home loan with SBI. Al tough the process took 2 months but I was able to get good rate.i.e 10.25.At least it is much better than ICICI’s 13.25 per cent.
One more hidden cost of ICICI while doing a refinance. ICICI charges Rs 600 per day from the moment you take the loan closure form till the time check is delivered by SBI or any other bank to ICICI.
NEVER NEVER take home loan from ICICI. Even if I am able to convince one , I think I have done my job.
