Hello friends I wand to share my bad Experience with ICICI BANK HOME LOAN .
IN month on june I select one flat for parches .
I apply for loan in ICIC BANK and my loan is approved for 36 lac .
So I register the property and clear my cash payment and done my all legal document .
And submit for loan process on 10 july 2017 in ICIC bank, the bank is promise me he clear my payment wither 15 day .
After 5 to 6 visit my agent chandni say me on 25/7/2017 you come in bank and collect the DD of RS. 36 lac.
When I visit for collecting my DD or Cheque of Rs.36 lac he say as per your flat market value u r received only RS . 33 lac( I surprise it joce or u gayes playing with me), Submit the property document also wh .
en I apply fro loan so why u approve the loan of rs 36 lac
So urgently I arrange Extra 3 lac . and paid to the seller .
But till date I not received my DD of my Loan amount .
On 26 july I received mail from ICICi bank of (Welcome Letter for your ICICI Bank Home loan) .
And EMI date but till date I not received my Payment so why I can pay EMI .
It is totally fraud, so never take loan from ICICI BANK .
