Unfortunately I am one of the ICICI’s poor housing loan customer!!!I took a housing loan from ICICI and I had opted for the Auto debit facility. They have not debited the EMI’s for the month of Dec and Jan from my account inspite of my repeated reminders to them.One fine day they deduct two Month’s EMI and levy me a penalty (that is almost half of my EMI) for the non payment.
I got so irritated and tried contacting the customer support which failed to understand the basic issue. Its been a month now and I have still not got any updates from the customer service representatives. Those guys lack emapthy and need a very good lesson on what is taking extra miles for the customer.
Forget the extra miles, atleast they should know what customer support is and how do they help the customers!!!For no fault of mine I ended up paying a penalty. Guys beware DON’T EVER CHOOSE ICICI for your housing loan. Hope Mr. Kamath wakes up atleast now and do something to stop this bank’s Downfall!!
