I am deeply frustrated and irritated with the banking service of ICICI. I had applied for personal loan in the month of september (franchise - Selpoint contact person Anbarasan). The loan was supposed to be delivered in a weeks time, realistically it took more than 2 months. The selpoint guy - Anbarasan was so unprofessional and unethical .... that he never used to provide any update and would tell .. yes sir it will get sorted out today. In the end, I asked them to cancel the loan.... but they could not even follow this simple command... and credited the loan after two months. I had given no confirmation but there customer care is forcing me to accept it. I dont know what to do, but I want to kick them so badly.
There was another loan applied on 28/11; and that is already 3 weeks delayed... reason -> the file is misplaced. Now these sort of things are unacceptable and shows their lousy nature.
Guys take my advice, never go ahead with ICICI bank for any loan. They are unprofessional, unethical and worst of all .... there is no sense of ownership from anyone.
One question - Can I go to the consumer court against this banking service?
