ICICI home loan never follow up with customer.
Call them , complain, e-mail, do whatever you can do they don’t bother.they will say tomorrow for everything and when you call them either they will not pick up the phone or the person is not at his desk. I have talked to credit manager , sales manager then head of them, no use.they will only tell you tomorrow and their tomorrow never comes.
If something is wrong in your document they will never call you and say, you will come to know that after four days and the manager says i told this. But to whom he told, are they discussing among them selves and finish .unless and until the information is passed how can a customer will come to know what needs to be corrected.
And at the end of the its your fault.please don’t take home loan from icici bank if you want to live in peace.
