Never-ever take home loan from ICICI bank. They promise a lot but then stab you in your back. For example they said loan get approval in 48 hours. But I actual approval means nothing they take more than I week for sanctioning the loan.
There ineterst rates is too high. I started from 9% now paying 12.75%. Even after charging so high there customer service is worst.
I have to visit atleast 8 times to there home loan branch Begumpet Hyderabd to get my loan Pre-emi converted to EMI. As a result I had to pay 3 month pre-emi which just a interest extra.Last but not least never ever participate in ICICI home loan mela where they proposed some houses for sale. Most of there agents are corrupt. They take mony from builder and sell you disputed property. I have taken a home almost 3 years back but till now construction is not over an ICICI bank is not helping us at all.
