Let me bring to your notice the experiences I have had with ICICI so that you do not fall in this trap. ICICI is a disgusting organization which bothers the least about its customers. Irony is that they charge a very high ROI citing the fact that there services are the best among st every bank
In this scenario, when PSUs are offering ROI in the range of 9% and even the Private Banks like HDFC are in teh range of 10%. ICICI offers loans at 11% and since I am an old customer my ROI is 11.5%.
I had requested for a loan insurance document from the Rohini Branch of ICICI in September. This document could have facitliated me a great deal and I could have had my home loan finished on the basis of this document. But ICICIs’ disgusting people made me suffer for the past six months and now the opportunity to get the loan wavied has disbursed.
I wrote mails to senior management and evey Mr.KV Kamath but to no avail. They shrugged me off. I have now decided to file an case with banking Ombudsman and also with the consumer court. I have the details of the conversation which I can mail you in case you need it. Please stay away from ICICI. Its a trap. A quagmire Also please take this propaganda against ICICI futher to your friends, organisation etc
