I am also one of the victim of the LABIKE, one of ICICI’s agency. Three representatives - Abhijeet/Prashant/Mahesh gave me false promises and once the home loan was processed, leave apart the excess money which they were supposed to return, they havent even given ’’Deserving document for home loan’’. After umpteen reminders, what I got was CALLOUS, INDIFFERENT and RUDE behavior of these people. I am sure they are riding high under patronage of ICICI housing which has virtually lost control over these fraud agencies. What is more appalling is that their attitude and assumption that they can get away with all these false promises and what would a customer like me could do...
I sincerely regret not listening to my friends who had adviced against taking home loan from ICICI and instead go for HDFC which has relatively high transparency and customer-friendly approach.
