ICICI Home loan is useless, Unprofessional, No Escalation, Agencies are also not having any good approach. All staff is young, even they don’t know about the proper process, timeline, documentation etc. Totally waste company. I wasted two and half months for my loan.
Even, I am privileged customer of ICICI. Having Salary account in ICICI for last 6 years. And, my EMI for this loan shall be 1/10th of my monthly salary. 5, 000 employees of my company is having Salary account in ICICI. No use. Useless. Totally harassment.
