I bought ICICI Lombard 2 -Wheeler policy because of the mother brand ICICI and LESS PREMIUM
However the proverb’all the glitters is not gold’ proved true for this Product as well
Below are the few points on which I openly criticize
These guys leverage more on Marketing and less on the product
Customer is not in center, profit is epicenter. however the should remember Customer is King
Pathetic Customer support
Pathetic Website with worst performance, unnecessary verifications, system cannot search for existing policies in system.
Creating a website doesn’t generate business ICICI lombard should understand this.
My Experience:- I took a policy a year ago. This policy expired on 18/Aug/11 and today is 05/Sep/11 there is no followup from the Company. Even the online portal doesn’t reflect that renewal is pending.
I wonder in case if something goes wrong whose liability it is? Cant imagine how the Claim center work for this company. Overall I rate this product as below Average and atleast will not recommend it to friend;-)
