I have taken motor insurance from ICICI lombard since it give paperless hasseless service.
Paper less yes but Hasseless BIG NO.
I have been contacting this people for solving an issue created by the company itself from more than 1 month.
However the company seams not interested in solving customer complaint and am running pillar to post.
Right from the customer support executive to the top most person assign for resolving customer complaint have not shown any interest in solving the issue though the problem itself was created by the mistake of the customer care executive.I wonder what will happen if unfortunately I had to go for claims
My personal Advice to all don’t get into the trap of getting insurance paperless from ICICI.its better to go for insurance agent it will save you from dealing with non cooperative management of ICICI.
