I had one accident and one scratch! For the accident this people at Hyundai told me on the phone that I cannot claim the insurance against thirds! I went there upset and they said I cannot claim! I was unhappy but very busy at the moment!
After some time I claimed the value of repairs to my car from the same accident and they paid some! But they said I cannot claim at the same time for the scratches which happen at another circumstance!

I saw on the policy that it covers.. They said in this place I cannot claim at the same time for the 2 damages, also said for renewal I have to pay around 5000Rp! I went to another place and they said yes it covers against thirds and you can claim in the agency near your residence after renewing. I went to the agency near my house and they said yes it covers insurance against thirds but I cannot claim....and I can claim the scratches at the same time but in different claim! He is saying maybe there was a lack of communication..
Yes, useful! He told me I have to pay around 7000Rp.. I said they told before around 5000Rp again he was making phone calls and said yes around 5000Rp! We mentioned we claimed (they didn’t know about it) and again after I filled in the check, it was around the 7000Rp!
