I purchase a Zero Depreciation policy from ICICI Lombard to cover my car and unfortunately my car met with an accident on 14th February. It has been 1.5 months the claim process is still unsettled.
My car is still in the workshop in the same condition. Moreover I being mentally harassed each and everyday by ICICI employees everyday to settle the issue in an illegal way which I am not in favour of as it is my Zero Depreciation policy and I want 100% claim. If I agree to settle the claim in the way they want to I will get less than 50% of the claim.
Even after writing the e-mail to customer support seven days back, no further enquiries are done. All I am being asked to wait.
