I took an oline car insurance policy from ICICI Lombard.
While making the payment, I didn’t get confirmation of the payment. After some time, I got email from customer service saying that the Payment is not through. Do the payment again. I did the payment once again. After some time, I came to know that there has been twice payment for the same policy.
Till then onwards, I have been asking those defaulters to refund the money. It has been more than a month, they have not refunded the money back.
So, please be careful with ICICI Lombard.
