My Dear Mouthshut freind.i am Mohit and today I am going to review ICICI lombard auto insurance.i never purchased a insurance from ICICI lombard because I heard lots of negative reviews on mouthshut.com and other websites but my brother inlaw who is in hyderabad purchased a bike and done a insurance from ICICI lombard.after only 5 days of purchase he met with an accident and bike got damaged.contacted workshop of tvs they gave me a bill of 2000rs isstimated.contacted ICICI lombard customer care registered a claim online, and got info via msg about surveyor, contacted on his mobile number he told me that he is coming in 2 hours but he did not come on that day, again I contacted him next day again he said today he will come and again he didi not come finally I contacted customer care again and registered a complain about that issue but no help from ICICI lombard finally I decided that I repaired my bike without taking claim from lombar. I hate ICICI lombard and never recommend it to any one not even my enemy.
