We are in a country which doesnt care much about customer grievances and no standard procedure for customer complaints or powerful mechanism to act upon corporate scams.
Hence the customer should be wise in their choices. And Learn from others mistakes.
My story: "My ICICI Lombard Motor insurance policy no is 3005/2010812114/00/0000008649. I have booked a claim on 3rd Feb 2016(Claim No: MOT05280616) for my Yamaha Alpha Scooter, even after numerous calls and messages to their executive Mr. Murali Lakshmanan, I didnt get the claim amount even after one month. It shows that the company is least bothered to serve its customers, in spite of their tall promises at the time of insuring. I also escalated the issue to Ms.Deepa.R(Manager- Service Quality at ICICI Lombard) and Ms.Vasundhara.B( Vice President- Service Quality at ICICI Lombard). I am yet to hear from them. I hope, your office will take necessary steps to bring the firm accountable for the customers."
This is the matter of mail which I sent both to ICICI Lombard as well as Insurance Ombudsman. And there is no action even after 5 days of my mail. As an aggrieved customer, I can only guide a prospective customer.
For God sake, Please.spent your hard earned money wisely and dont waste even a penny to the "Looters like ICICI Lombard"
