I shifted to ICICI Lombard because I was told that it is good. But my experience has been VERY BAD.
I was supposed to get the policy on the 3rd or 4th, but it is the 7th today and there is no policy(not even in the email) - numerous phone calls, chats, and emails have resulted in NOTHING.
The only positive thing is, it has re-enforced my belief that anything that starts with ICICI, whether it is the bank, it is their credit card dept or now their insurance, it is not good news and should be kept at a distance.
