My Car insurance is due and ending today. For last couple of days, I am continuously requesting them to change my RTO office as because of change in address, I have sent them copy of RC also, but they are not at all responding. I don’t know when the situation of claim will come then what these people will do. Better not to go with this company. I also asked them to correct my model type which is mentioned wrong but they are not correcting. The worst IVR phone I have seen in my life. If you have free hours and you have free phone then only you call them. Very poor response from the company.
