I had insured my two wheeler with this company and the policy expired. Then I called their customer support and that representative helped me throughout the process as he was guiding me the whole procedure without getting irritated and I completed the process successfully.
They said that the Covernote would be sent through courier which I haven’t received till now but yes the same cover was emailed to me within minutes of payment which stands valid for the insured period and in front of any authority.
When I called today the executive talked very politely and gave me proper reasons for the courier which I have’nt received. So its a good company but yes rates are high as compared to other companies but the support for customer is really good which attracted me and I would recommend to people to atleast call and know the details so that you can know the difference as in Business after sale service is an very important aspect. I would like to also let you know that the insurance for the 2nd year of my two wheeler costs Rs1800.00.
