Total lack of focus on Customer Service

They seem to have no requirement to settle a claim in a given time frame. It has been a month for my motorcycle claim and I am yet to receive the cheque. The call centre will not register any complaint. They give the surveyor’s no. The surveyor does not care to find out about the cheque to settle the claim.


The claim was made on 19th march.


The cheque was released on 4th April and the case is settled as per the call centre.


The surveyor says the cheque has reached him on 10th April but he thinks it will take some time for the courier to reach me. Big joke - a local courier taking ages to reach!


I bought this insurance because they did it conveniently over the phone for me. Though it was pretty costly, I did due to the convenience. But now it seems there is hardly any convenience.
