Never ever takae icici lomabr insurance for car if you do that please check premium and also the policy as they charge higher premium and are low on commitments this is the mail I have written to them please refer I want to tell you about my experiences with icici lombard are worse then with a govt or a nationalise d insurance company as they do not promise but lomabard promises but dont give I will tell 10 other people that dont get any insurance from icici lombard now why I am doing that the reasons are as follows tthe mails are under and I will send them all to you as I think nothing is going to happen but still I want to share my experience our insurance was done by unit sales manager Mr luv jindal mail id luv.jindal@icicilombard.com
1.) The policy never reached by itself I asked for it as I called the customer care and it got delivered at my place yesterday only I got my hard copy as my last date for cover note was 15th of march
2.) The second thing I want to tell you is that cubic capacity in my policy is wrong that’s a clerical error or what I don’t know but that is wrong the engine number the chassis number are filled wrongly they are not fine as the full number is not mentioned in the policy as I got a Tata Aig last time they mentioned everything well now these are the things which usually come when there is a claim.
3.) Thirdly my repetitive mails and reminders and calls to Mr luv jindal I have not got my gifts which he promised I will send those mails to you attached along but never got my gifts which he promised and further more adding to my agony he just doesn’t picks up my phone and then further more he give other numbers he picks the call when I call from some other number but so far no solutions and its been a month he has done this insurance if this is the kind of service you are going to provide then I don’t think so there is anything good left out in private companies they are all the same as united oriental and national but the rates which they give are much lesser than you so what do you think what experience one can have with ICICI lombard good or bad you decide regards puneet brar 9815665000
