Recently my bike met with an accident. immediately I given my bike to show room and I asked them to claim for insurance, they immediately got claim id as MOTO3209839..
But after getting the claim id, 3 days are gone, but nobody came to survey my vehicle. Then I called to help line. They told me that they do not know anything about the claim and they do not want to come to survey.
