I purchased a car insurance from them online. During the online purchase they showed me a price and they also insured me on the same price. I also downloaded my policy document that mentioned the same.
The quoted price was competitive as compared to other insurers, hence I bought the policy from them.
Their true colours are seen after 10 days, when I received hard copy of policy with a letter. Now policy was reflecting a different price and the letter was stating that I have to pay more if I have to continue my policy. I also tried canceling the policy, but they were not ready for that.
Left with no option I paid almost 3K extra to continue my policy, I am being cheated by them.
I would recommend never buy online policy from them. All big ads they give are a gimmick.
