I approached cashless facility to Lombard Health policy. Every time they say they have not received the fax from the Hospital. So I faxed the papers from outside and confirmed with their representative that they have received the fax and that bugger readout the whole two papers on the phone.
After about an hour as I went to hospital and they called they they had the same rubbish that they have not received the papers. So the lady scanned and mailed to them. Again the same story. I gave them the token number I got from them and to my surprise they say the token number is blank.
My wife could have died as she was to be operated on emergency base and I only know how I managed to collect huge cash over night!. These are bast*rds and should never be given business. They play with the life of their customers.
