Good response!

WOW. it seems ICICI Lombard is really gearing up. I was going through the site and realised that in almost all complaints, there is a post from the customer service person of ICICI Lombard giving update on the case. In most posts, the case is solved! Impressed. It is normal to have complaints in any company. WHats makes the difference is how the company handles them.


Lombard is doing a great job I guess. No wonder it is number one in India.


I also checked their website. Well, they have live chat and all. And they call you back also if you leave your number.


But what struck me the most was a dial policy thing. Never heard of it. it is something like you can book your policy over the phone and yes, it is toll free(infact, I checked that out the first thing!). They e mail you the soft copy and then mail you the hard copy of the policy to your address. I have not yet tried it  yet. So you must be wondering how I know so many details! I told you they have live chat!


Keep it going lombard. impressed!
