My bike was stolen, I claimed, registered FIR, Serveyer came to collect.
Serveyer took all my docs, Serveyer and police a play a very sharp game with you and you won’t get even 1 rs as a claim.
they rejected my claim and informed when I called them after 4 months all of sudden.
I had to pay 5000 rs to cop in sector 57 noida for untraced copy, then I had to go to surajpur court 3 times and on 4th visit I got untraced copy from court and bribe was around 2000 including advocate fees.
Finally when I called serveyer, he said there is no response, then I called customer they said your claim has already been rejected in the same month when you claimed, you see the story, if they could have told me earlier that my claim has been rejected I wouldn’t have paid bribe to cop and did have to visit so many times to court for the same copy and spent my hard earned money. worst law and worst ICICI Insurance company.
