ICICI lombard is playing with emotions. Insurance one buy to cover a risk and is used when some one really needs it. ICICI Lombard should be barred from doing any business in the field of travel insurance and close down the shop. They don’t honor and have extremely sloppy style of working. Wont process without original documents and conveniently lost my original papers. Left we with nothing but a huge loss of time and money. I personally think if they are bad at one ting, they will be bad at everything since the management that runs the show is overall the same.
Don’t deal with anything with them!
