This is one of the worst experience I had. Fisrt of all you go in circle- the site asks you if you are new or a repeat customer- I am a repeater- so its asks for all the details such as policy number. Now the site does not have any slot for receiving e-policy number so it promises to get back to you in the next 48 hours.
For me it has been almost 10 days, but no communication is coming forth.Secondly, I had two chat sessions with their executives and repeated all the details they asked for. Once again the promise of getting back was given but not fulfilled.ICICI Lomabrd has the most unprofessional approach and I wd strogly urge the others to saty away.
