Recently two executives had come to me in my office. Initially I thought they must be some sales people. So I tried to avoid them but when I talked to them I came to know that they are executives of ICICI Lombard who are visiting clients and collecting feedbacks to enhance their customer service. They asked me about my experience with ICICI Lombard, any issues, etc. They also asked if I wanted to give any suggestion which can improve their service.
I was impressed by the kind of hard work the employees are doing. I have never seen such activities in other companies where executives personally visit the client and collect feedback from customers’ end to provide better services to the customer.
I think this is the best way in which a company can enhance its service quality and I advice all companies in the market to follow such activities.
