I had gone to the United States of America to visit my relatives. I had taken insurance from ICICI Lombard. During my stay, I slipped from the stairs in the house. I had to be taken to the hospital and the doctor asked me to get some x rays done. Trust me, medical expenses are really high there. just two x rays costed me a bomb! But thankfully I had insurance! No janjat of calling ISD and all... And everything was settled soon....
What I like about ICICI Lombard is that when you are in trouble, youc an access anything, any information from anywhere.. and that too without making expensive ISD calls adn waiting over the phone...
