I had taken ICICI Lombard general insurance(health insurance) six months back. As I am an
ICICI card holder they had offered me this health insurance scheme. They told nothing about the full premium payment. Also they didnot mention anything about the interest levied on each
and every month premium payment. Initially I thought it is good to have a health insurance.
But after getting each and every month credit card statement, I am bowled out by the ICICI
lombard company for the interest and their services taxes, they are leving against me.
So I hereby requesting anyone who is joining this scheme that be sure that there will be no
interest on every month premium.
Second thing is whenever our grievances are addressed to them, there will be no reply at all.
Most time their site won’t accept our grievances.
They had given a 45 day free health checkup for the member. But the letter came exactly after
40 days. So no use at all.
Finally So far I had not received any health card. My family members health cards are
received alongwith the policy document.
So please decide about their service before joining
