I have one Health policy from ICICI Lombard since last three years. now this policy will be expired on 20/08/2011. when I have tried to contact the customer care of Lombard they have denied to renew it as I have made a claim for this polcy before two years.
They are saying if customer will not make any claim then only they are going to renew it. otherwise they dont want to do any loss business from customer. their aim to earn only money from customer. customere care every time saying please call the local lombard office.
When I have contacted to lombard office they are saying that they are still waiting from response from ICICI lombard customere care ofice mumbai. means they dont want to do their job.
