I have recently purchased a medical health insurance from ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company. I wish to appreciate the way ICICI Lombard GIC handles its business and the courtesy that they extend to their clients.
I actually brought this health policy on the net through their website. Since I was slightly confused(was buying insurance online for the first time) and had certain queries, I opted for the call back option on their site.
One of the company employee then called back and patiently answered all my questions and guided me through the entire procedure. He was very helpful and polite throughout our conversation. The procedure to buy online was actually very simple, but nevertheless I am quiet happy to have interacted with a company official and getting all my doubts cleared. And I did not even have to step out of my home.
The entire experience was quiet satisfying.
