I had taken parental insurance with ICICI lombard through corporate account. I’d renewed the policy for 5 years and made no claims. Once I quit my organization, I am not able to renew the same policy for my parents. I’ve to take a new policy and I don’t even get the pre-existing coverage benefit also. Even though I am going to take policy for the same person( who had insurance policy with them for 5 years), they are not going provide the pre-existing coverage benefit.
This was so embarrassing and no point in renewing it for 5 years. All my money gone in air and useless.
