My name is Monojit Sengupta and I happen to be a so called preferred customer of ICICI Lombard.
This is to bring to everyones notice how ICICI Lombard is handling a serious case where the driver(myself) was attacked by assailants and the car was badly damaged by a mob.
In such a case the entire damage has to be covered by the insurance company but in this case the insurance company is purposely delaying the case and not agreeing to pay the damages.
Can any insurance delay a case beyond 3 weeks? I dont think we buy insurance and pay a high premium for comprehensive cover to make our lives more miserable than it previously was.
If this is how ICICI treats a preferred customer, I think we should look elsewhere. No one deserves to be treated with such indifference even after you have all the evidence to justify your case.
