I think the good reviews are written by the ICICI people themselves. I don’t think any of the good reviews sounds genuine. I’ve personally been robbed 10000rs 2 yrs after I settled my CC bills with them. The only mistake I did was not to get a settlement letter. Though this is not related to health insurance I just wanted to share my personal exp with ICICI just to let people know what kinda company ICICI is.
My salary a/c was with ICICI and they wouldn’t stop payment to the CC dept even though I personally went to the bank and requested. It was my freaking money in the bank and I could not stop them from giving it to someone I said was robbing me off. They are day time robbers, BASTAR#S!!!
