I purchased a family floater mediclaim from ICICI Lombard. I did that mainly because it was online. But that precisely was the catch. After over a months time, I still have not received the policy documents (with details on coverage and other aspects) and the ID cards which we may need in case of hospitalization.
They have not responded to my requests. Their call center sucks. Never do you get to talk to anyone.
I have already approached IRDA Grievance Cell with my complaint. Be careful if you plan to buy from Lombard.
