My son’s claim rejected due to non completion of two years duration for my son. Today my son got operated for kidney stone & when we were contacting the call centre from last 14TH TO 17TH NOV. they were assuring that the claim will be processed as the coverage was there. However 18TH morning it was told to us that the same would not be processed.
After visiting andheri Tejgali office it was again said that due to non completion of two years the calim was rejected .also after listening to VOICE RECORDING the telecaller had not specified about kidney stone.
Kindly take this as a complaint and take a strict action for incomplete information provided
