Customer executives disconnect the phone while raising concerns. Even after contacting executives at Bangalore no resolution so far.
I declared my pre existing diseases 18 years back. All these started disappearing in policy records. When contacted they say records are not available. Worst service from them. Do not recommend ICICI to any one. I am not able to delete any family members from my policy also. Hence this year onwards I am porting the policy.
