I had booked for a complementary health check but their healthcare service provider didn’t turnup . Even ICCI Lombard not even followed or given a reply.The support service staff was not polite, instead of registering a complaint and action, asked me to send a mail.I had sent a mail but there is no action at all except auto reply. ICICI Lombard , only give lot of sales calls but need to organise.
