I have a ICICI Lombard policy for my mom, it’s 4 year old policy now. This year I claimed 2 times and my both the claims were successfully passed.
Yes they cut 7-8 % amount from the claim amount also yes they asked couple of other documents as well after my first document submission. But that is fine I believe, my both the claims were processed completed with in 40-45 days that includes some query as well.
The part I would say the communication part, they do have every thing online, they respond so nicely via email and this part I like very much.
Because I am not comfortable via calling on phone and wait for 15 minutes in queue. The the online part is really best, I would always recommend this policy.
